Casale Arcadia is secluded in the Umbrian countryside, 500 meters above sea level, far from the noise and light pollution we are used to.
To preserve these peculiar characteristics, night lighting is reduced to a minimum: guests can enjoy the view of a beautiful starry sky.
To allow you to enjoy the quiet of the countryside, the air conditioning works only as a heat pump in the middle and winter seasons. In the summer months the coolness is ensured by the thick walls of the farmhouse and by a system of shutters and mosquito nets that allow the passage of air. The humidity is low and in the evening the temperature cools, allowing a comfortable rest.
A ravine facing the farmhouse, guarantees a diversified and rich wild environment. In the spring the nightingales cheer up the nights, in the summer the swallows show the swimming pool.
